Byblos is the sister restaurant of The Cedar Tree offering an authentic Lebanese dining experience. The restaurant is naturally lit and beautifully decorated with many mosaic features. Byblos really lives up to its Menupages rating and is definitely one to try. Having explored some Lebanese restaurant as of late, I was pleased with the quality of Byblos. My partner and I had personal mezzes each, mine a Lamb Kafta and hers the veggie option, both served with a bowl of steaming hot bread. The hummous and falafel were excellent. The lamb was a little dry. Desserts were simple but tasty. The design of the restaurant feel authentic but the staff seemed a little too casual. Not the best Lebanese restaurant in the city, but a good option nonetheless.
