Carnegie Court Hotel is located on North Street in Swords, County Dublin, about 5 minutes north of Dublin Airport. This stylish hotel is nicely situated close to the city but is still sited in a quiet part of the county so is perfect as an out of city break.
The rooms, all of which are en suite, are decorated to a high standard. The hotel has a large proportion of family rooms and there is also a babysitting service available so the hotel really is a perfect family getaway. The non-smoking rooms are equipped with a TV, telephone, internet connection, a hairdryer and a tea/coffee making tray. The hotel has a large and excellent restaurant with an a la carte menu to choose from. The Harp Bar has five counters spread over two levels and it's occasionally host to entertainment nights. The hotel has plenty of car parking.
Carnegie Court Hotel is located in the heart of County Dublin's golfing district and there are at least 8 golf courses within easy reach. Some other nearby activities include angling, cycling, boating/sailing/watersports, horse riding, a leisure complex, tennis and a fabulous sandy beach.
Dublin city is located about 30 minutes to the south and while there you'll find much to see and do. If you want to do a little shopping then you won't do better than visiting Henry Street or Grafton Street. If you fancy a night out, Swords has plenty of fine pubs and nightclubs, or, you could head to Temple Bar, the nightlife capital of the city.
