Our journey began in 2005 in Dun Laoghaire dart station as a great little sandwich bar. Since then we have developed into a casual breakfast and lunch place basing our offering around the bread we make and bake in store every day.
After a year in our current location and after a few great trips in Italy we thought it was time to develop what we did with dough and try and reproduce some of the great pizzas we hand while in Italy. To keep our offerings as authentic as possible we got a fantastic wood burning oven built and after some work fit it into shop, well worth the effort, the wood burning adds such a great smokey flavor you could never get from any other type of oven.
We have been providing simply flavors, fresh ingredients, love and care to our offerings from day one so it was natural for us to treat our pizzas with the same respect, this gives us the ability to provide what we would say is the best pizza in dublin, at least.
