Ireally enjoyed my visit and the food was gorgeous. I really didnt think there would be anythingon the menu I would like but I was mistaken. I had a starter of spiced potato slices which was lovely and I had a korma for my main which was very nice. The atmosphere was lovely and although we were such a large booking we were not left waiting at all. I will definately be returning. The food was good, especially the red snapper starter and was reasonably priced. The dessert wasn't to my liking as the ice cream contained quite a few nuts, something which I think they should have mentioned. I would think that as a dessert without a choice maybe a plain vanilla would be a better option to suit everyone? All in all good food and good value. The service on this visit was smiling however it could have been more ordered. We had to wait ages for our used starter crockery to be collected. Our main course arrived promptly but we had to wait yet again for the bill to arrive. Another small issue that both my companion and I observed was that the soft drinks contained far too much ice. The food however was excellent I had a beef starter and lamb main and my companion opted for a squid starter followed by a chicken main. The atmosphere was buzzing in this well designed and well decorated restaurant. Despite the shortcomings in service I did really enjoy my visit here. I would recommend everyone to try Kajjal you wont be disappointed. Another nice feature this restaurant has is booths which must be specifically requested at the time of booking. I went here for a date and the food, atmosphere made it just brilliant and we had a great night. The only thing about this place is that the tables are very close to each other so you feel nearly that the neighbors are listening. If you like spicy food be brave and try the lamb, just gorgeous. I would recommend this place for nice special occasions. Three of us decided to go and we got a table at 6:30. Place was packed but still very relaxed. Staff are very friendly and help you with the menu if you are not sure. All the food was excellent and only problem is, there is no room left for dessert. Highly recommended. Booked already for my birthday in June. << First Page < Prev [Results 1 - 8 of 26] Next > Last Page >>
