La Peniche on board Barge Riasc is an unparalleled experience in Dublin and is situated on the 200 year old Grand Canal, just five minutes from Stephens Green. As the name suggests – for anyone that speaks French; La Peniche is a barge. It is a craft that steps the guest back in time as soon as they "Come aboard". We are open for lunch Monday through Friday boarding from noon, and cruising at 1:15 pm daily. Dinner served Tuesday through Sunday at our award-winning restaurant. This is the premium dining experience in Dublin. La Peniche can be hired exclusively at any time for private parties, corporate events, or group excursions. If any of you are looking for the ideal way to pass a Sunday morning / afternoon, then brunch with a group of close friends is the answer! Catch up with friends or simply chill out with the papers, the all day brunch will be served up between 12 midday and 4pm on Sundays. Offering relaxed dining which will include a new brunch menu in a restful waterside setting.
