With Pod's Pizza the aim is provide typical Italian style pizzas and to do this we use only the finest Italian ingredients- Caputo '00' flour, proper Italian mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, slow-proven dough.
The oven however is the heart of Pod's Pizza. It was imported from Italy - when it comes to pizza's the Italians know best.
Pod's Pizza is the only restaurant that uses spelt dough for those with a wheat intolerance (contains traces of wheat). We also use gluten free pasta and a selection of gluten free desserts provided by pure foods
