Purple Ocean Restaurant is open from 10am until 10pm daily, offering Morning Coffee and Scones from 10am together with Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Afternoon Tea until 5 pm, Pre Theatre Menu from 5pm till 7pm and an extensive A La Carte Menu from 5pm till 10pm. The Restaurant has a Beer and Wine License and offers a variety of Irish and International Beers and exceptional Wines.
In the Day time the setting is light, elegant and bright, with stunning views over the harbor. In the evening the room is filled with Blue Light and Candles glow through Amethyst Crystal. The Rotunda Room has a 360 Degree view of the Harbour, Bay and Dun Laoghaire and is ideal for business lunch / dinner and is also available for private parties up to 18 guests.
The Restaurant Seats 100 guests, and for those who enjoy dining al fresco, both Balconies, with seating for 70 guests, are fitted with heaters and are open throughout the year, weather permitting.
The Executive Chef Paul Lewis is an Award Winning Chef and member of Euro Toques International.
