With a sharp focus on Irish, locally sourced produce, the Brasserie is a refreshing addition to the Grand Canal restaurant scene. Located right beside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre, it's the perfect pre-theatre destination.

The rich elemental theme of the Marker comes to life in this space. The bold, abstract ceiling is complimented by modern, minimal furniture, including legendary design icon - the Panton chair. A spectacular grey marble table dominates the space, while private booths and banquette seating create just the right amount of privacy for intimate dining. Our exclusive Party Table is really special. With room for 130 people, it's designed to bring that extra little something to your gathering.

In Ireland, the traditional way of cooking is to create simple dishes, built around one great ingredient. The Brasserie is no different. From succulent rare breed pork or prime dry-aged beef we try to stay true to our Irish roots.

Opening Hours

Daily Breakfast Monday - Friday 06:30 - 10:00 Am Saturday and Sunday 07:00 - 11:00 Am Saturday closed for Lunch only. Sunday closed for Dinner only. Pre-theatre menu available.
