On a recent visit to Dublin’s new Westin Hotel, we ate in the Exchange Restaurant - which is a true find. The food is wonderful whilst the service attentive Art deco design brasserie by day and classic cuisine by night, diners enjoy a menu selection of stylish simplicity where the chef uses the freshest of Irish ingredients to create a blend of local, regional and international dishes. The Jazz Champagne Brunch on Sundays has become a Dublin institution.
