Great prices, staff and tasty food. I was told that they have a karoke night here every week plus they do takeway. Prawns wrapped in chicken and deep fried tofu both deserve top marks. . My favourite dish is 'King do chicken' which i get most time i go to Zao as its is just gorgeous! I would recommend this retaurant to anyone as they have dishes that you will enjoy even if your not a big fan of asian cuisine. The service was good and food delicious. We had the early bird 3 courses for €19.90. Main dish portions were small and the spring rolls were tiny but considering the price it was great value for money. Will definately return! HelDel (Newbie) Credibility Score: 12%   Visited: 20 Mar 2010 | Posted: over 2 months ago We went for a quick bite to eat, we found the place to be excellent, and the manager in particular was most hospitable. The portions were just perfect, starter not too big, main course had plenty to get through, but you will get through it as it is so nice. We would have no hesitation in recommending here, and will return. We got food from the specials menu. I also wanted to get the prawns. The were amazing. We even ordered a second portion between us as they were so good. The place was empty when we were there but it was mid week. The decor is very nice and staff were lovely. We were given the menu and not made aware of any of the special offers. Starters were small prawn skewers and prawn toast which is ok, starters shouldn't be too big and main course was well proportioned and we ordered a glass of wine each. At the end of the night we asked for the bill, the waiter asked if we had the €19.95 3 course meal, we said we hadn't been shown that offered, and he said he would check for us............ he never returned, went up to pay the bill and the girl on the till didn't even look at us rang up the bill which came to €63 - two courses and two glasses of wine on a Thursday night. I was very dissapointed in the service here and I'm not sure if I would return in a hurry. << First Page < Prev [Results 1 - 8 of 15] Next > Last Page >>
