Made famous by the TV show Bachelors Walk is the riverside road between the Ha'penny Bridge and O'Connell Bridge. It served as a commercial quay until the construction of O'Connell Bridge (then Carlisle Bridge) until 1795. From then it became a fashionable residential area for lawyers and solicitors.
Now you can stroll along the Liffey Boardwalk which runs along part of the northern bank of the Liffey, as shown in the photo.
